Services Description

Procom Solutions provides construction handover documentation, operations and maintenance (O&M) manual services, green building information services, and defects liability period maintenance services to the Australian construction industry.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of deliverables created specifically for their projects. Procom Solutions retains ownership of pre-existing tools, platforms, templates, and methodologies.

Limitation of Liability

Procom Solutions provides services on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Procom Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Service Engagement

Project terms, including scope, timeline, pricing, and deliverables, are defined in separate engagement agreements. This website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding contract.

Privacy
