What kinds of projects does Procom handle?
Procom supports construction handover documentation across every major Australian sector. Most projects fall into one of seven categories: Commercial (retail rollouts, industrial fit-outs, office towers), Defence (RAAF and Army base works, ERIK-compliant), Education (state schools and university refurbishments), Health (public hospitals and private day-surgery units), Residential (multi-storey developments and affordable housing), Infrastructure (airports, ports, civil works) and Aged Care.
Each project follows the same workflow on the platform: the project manager sets up the manual structure, subcontractors upload documentation through a secure portal, the review team validates submissions, and Procom exports both a printable PDF and an interactive electronic manual at handover. The same workflow then carries through the Defects Liability Period (DLP) for rectification tracking.
